Decorative concrete resurfacing gives suitable existing concrete a new finished surface. A stamped overlay can introduce a stone-look pattern, texture and colour to a tired porch, walkway or patio. An overlay is not a way to hide an underlying structural problem. We assess the condition of the concrete, including cracking, movement, surface deterioration and drainage, before recommending a system. Preparation and any necessary repairs form part of the project scope. Where the existing concrete is unsuitable, removal or replacement may be the more appropriate approach.
Bring photographs of the full surface and close-ups of the areas that concern you. We can discuss stamped textures, stone-look finishes and colours in relation to your brickwork, siding and landscaping. Door thresholds, step geometry and surrounding grades matter when adding a surface layer. Access during the work, curing time and care instructions are also discussed as part of planning the makeover.

That cannot be promised. Movement in the underlying concrete may affect a new finish, which is why assessment and suitable preparation are essential before choosing an overlay.
